After several weeks of preparation and reorganization, mia ART GALLERY returns to exhibition activities. The new place will open the first solo exhibition of intriguing and original young artist Ziemowita Finck.
At the exhibition entitled "Polonia" 27-year-old Fincek affects specific features of character and aesthetic preferences of Poles, environmental degradation, emigration, poverty, and even confronts with the subject the Second World War.
He wants also to draw attention to non-overestimated value of Polish land, the beauty of nature, commitment to religion and wisdom resulting from old proverbs and legends.
At the exhibition will be present mainly oil paintings on handmade by artist irregular underpaintings, there will be also present sculptural objects made by his own technique, watercolors, drawings, digital print, movie complementing the image "Emigration" and several photographs documenting the process of creating the exhibition.
